Here’s a list from NASA of the criteria for your eclipse glasses:

• Must meet ISO 12312-2 international standards
• Should have manufacturer’s name and address on the product
• Don’t use if older than three years, or have scratched lenses
• Ordinary sunglasses should not be used
• Also, keep pets inside
